To improve the flavor, taste and color of food, fine chemicals added during the food manufacturing process. Flavors may be natural or artificial. To enhance aroma (fragrance), flavour (taste) and colour (appearance), fine chemicals are added during the food manufacturing process. Like any other chemical products, emissions of VOC are generated during the manufacture of these enhancer-products, which have to be treated.
